Prefabricated Units

Displacement crises require immediate and effective shelter solutions to provide safety and stability for affected populations. At MAS Company, we designed and implemented a prefabricated Units project in collaboration with SHAFAK, Solidaritรฉs International, ORANGE, and POINT, with a total budget of $600,000. This initiative provided secure, weather-resistant, and easily deployable housing for displaced families in refugee camps across the region.

๐Ÿ”น Project Overview

The Prefabricated Units Project aimed to deliver rapid and durable accommodation solutions for thousands of displaced individuals. These housing units were designed with:

โœ… Fast Assembly & Deployment โ€“ Prefabricated structures that can be assembled on-site within hours.
โœ… Thermal & Weather Resistance โ€“ High-quality insulated materials to withstand extreme temperatures.
โœ… Sustainable & Modular Designs โ€“ Units that can be expanded or relocated as needed.

The project provided long-term housing solutions to replace temporary tents, ensuring dignified and safer living conditions for vulnerable communities.

๐Ÿ”น Key Components of the Project

๐Ÿ”น Design & Manufacturing

  • Production of modular prefabricated housing units.
  • Use of lightweight, fire-resistant, and insulated materials for durability.

๐Ÿ”น Infrastructure & Utility Integration

  • Incorporation of sanitation, ventilation, and electricity to improve living conditions.
  • Connection to local water and sewage networks where available.

๐Ÿ”น Deployment & Assembly

  • Strategic site planning to optimize space and accessibility in refugee camps.
  • On-site assembly teams ensured rapid deployment within project timelines.

๐Ÿ”น Project Impact & Community Benefits

๐Ÿก Over 1,500 families housed in safer and more sustainable units.
โณ 70% faster deployment compared to traditional construction.
๐ŸŒฑ Eco-friendly materials used to minimize environmental impact.
๐Ÿ”ง Low maintenance costs due to high-quality, durable construction.

The project significantly improved the quality of life for displaced families, offering them safety, privacy, and a sense of stability during challenging times.
